Today we planted almost 600 squash plants, filling only two beds out of ten to be planted with veggies.

Even though often the work is hard and boring, or not fun, or it doesn't seem fair at all; looking back I really enjoy working on the farm. I get to learn many skills like how to operate machinery, how to care for crops, how to set up irrigation in fields; I learn much more valuable skills. I can difinantly say my work ethic, though imperfect has improved a lot since I came here.

School has been really busy so I haven't been able to post lately. But today I got my Junior pics back from the photographer, Paula Smith. Who is an amazing photographer!

The trouble now is picking two or three to hand out this year...

Finished! After missing studs multiple times when screwing my anchors into the wall (very embarrassing) I finally got my hammock set up in my room. (I eventually borrowed an electronic stud finder)
